Dr. Oz’s Full Body-Revitalizing Smoothie


Feeling sluggish? This vanilla smoothie is packed with nutrients that will taste and make you feel wonderful – and all for just under 200 calories!

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

1 cup light vanilla soy milk

3 ounces silken tofu

1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal

1 tbsp natural almond butter

1/3 cup canned yams in light syrup

4-6 ice cubes

 

Directions

Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed, until completely mixed.

Pour smoothie into glass and enjoy!
